An automatic blood measurement apparatus, comprising a support housing (1), a sleeve outer casing (2), a balloon cuff (4), a tightening mechanism (5), and a tightening motor (58). The tightening mechanism (5) comprises: a support frame; a drive shaft (51), arranged on one side of the balloon cuff (4) and mounted in the support frame by spanning the balloon cuff (4), one end being connected to the tightening motor (58); and a driven shaft (52), arranged on the other side of the balloon cuff (4) and mounted in the support frame by spanning the balloon cuff (4) opposite the drive shaft (51); the drive shaft (51) and the driven shaft (52) move relative to each other to tighten the balloon cuff (4); by means of the rotation of the drive shaft (51), the balloon cuff (4) can thus be tightened and be returned into a relaxed position. The present blood measurement apparatus significantly reduces the unidirectional pressure on the limb being tested, and improves the measurement accuracy of the automatic blood measurement apparatus. |
