Provided are an unauthorized frequency spectrum scheduling method, a user equipment and a base station. The method comprises: firstly, a user equipment (UE) receiving a first scheduling time sent by a base station, wherein the first scheduling time is the time when the UE uses an unauthorized frequency spectrum based on a wireless cellular network and/or the time when the UE uses the unauthorized frequency spectrum based on a non-wireless cellular network; secondly, the UE receiving an indication sent by the base station, wherein the indication is used for indicating the base station to obtain the unauthorized frequency spectrum, or the indication is used for indicating an offset time of the first scheduling time; and finally, the UE acquiring a second scheduling time according to the indication and the first scheduling time, so as to use the unauthorized frequency spectrum according to the second scheduling time based on the wireless cellular network and/or the non-wireless cellular network. Thus, unauthorized frequency spectrum resources can be utilized reasonably, and a network communication capability is further improved. |
