FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely to method and equipment for production of reinforced polymer moulding material pellets used in production by transfer moulding, injection molding, as well as direct pressing of structural items for aerospace, motorcar, ship building and other industries. According to method, multiple continuous threads are impregnated with binder, then they are assembled into bundle and from assembled in bundle continuous threads excessively applied binding is removed. Impregnated with binder continuous threads are separated one from another, they are heat treated and cut to preset lengths.EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing process, quality of reinforced polymer material and low cost thereof.2 cl, 2 dwg |
