In the present invention, an operation screen display control unit (140) causes a display unit to display an operation screen for managing the operation state of at least one unit of facility equipment. A capture unit (142) captures the operation screen and the content of an operation that was performed on the operation screen, and retains in memory, as captured data, the captured operation screen and content of the operation. A screen data generation unit (143) causes the display unit to display an editing screen for generating an operation assistance screen, and in accordance with a user operation, the screen data generation unit generates, from the captured data, screen data indicating the operation assistance screen and retains the same in memory. An assistance screen display control unit (145) causes the display unit to display an operation assistance screen which is in accordance with the generated screen data. |
