PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform switching operation of a rotary valve, by restraining an increase in driving torque in an intermediate position generated in the switching operation of the rotary valve.SOLUTION: A movable valve element (30) is rotatably moved to a second position where a communicating passage (3a) communicates a high pressure side port (PA) and an indoor heat exchange side port (PD), via an intermediate position where the communicating passage (3a) communicates the high pressure side port (PA), an outdoor heat exchange side port (PC) and the indoor heat exchange side port (PD), and also communicates the outdoor heat exchange side port (PC), the indoor heat exchange side port (PD) and a body space part (11), from a first position where the communicating passage (3a) communicates the high pressure side port (PA) and the outdoor heat exchange side port (PC). |
