1. A polynucleotide operably linked to a heterologous promoter comprising:
a polynucleotide that encodes a polypeptide having at least 90% sequence identity with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, that when aligned with SEQ ID NO:1, comprises an alanine at the position corresponding to position 84 of SEQ ID NO:1 and/or a threonine at the position corresponding to position 172 of SEQ ID NO:1; or a polynucleotide that hybridizes at a temperature of about 37° C. to a nucleic acid consisting of the polynucleotide of SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO:3 in a hybridization buffer comprising about 50% formamide, about 1.0 M Na salt, and about 0.1% sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), after washing at a temperature of between about 60° C. and about 65° C. in a solution comprising about 15 mM NaCl and 1.5 mM trisodium citrate (0.1×SSC). |
