PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a butadiene-containing product, in which the butadiene-containing product is produced industrially advantageously from a n-butane-containing raw material by a one-step dehydration reaction.SOLUTION: The method for producing the butadiene-containing product comprises a step of bringing the n-butane-containing raw material into contact with a dehydration catalyst, which is packed in one adiabatic reactor or multiple adiabatic reactors, to perform the dehydration reaction. The outlet pressure of the reactor on the most downstream side is made equal to or higher than 0.01 MPa and lower than 0.1 MPa. A molar ratio (steam/4C hydrocarbons) of the steam in reactor feed components to the 4C hydrocarbons therein at an inlet of the reactor on the most upstream side is made within 1-16. When the partial pressure of a reaction component in the presence of the steam is lowered and the total amount of the 4C hydrocarbons in the reactor feed components at the inlet of the reactor on the most upstream side is 100 mol%, the total amount of n-butane and n-butene is made equal to or higher than 40 mol%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
