PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical formulations containing N-[4-[(6,7-dimethoxy-4-quinolinyl)oxy]phenyl]-N'-(4-fluorophenyl)-1,1-cyclopropanedicarboxamide (Compound I) for treating cancer, and specifically, pharmaceutical compositions that possess desirable properties, such as satisfactory water solubility (including the rate of dissolution), storage stability, hygroscopicity and reproducibility, and high bioavailability.SOLUTION: The invention provides pharmaceutical compositions represented by the table in the figure.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
