PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device preventing the incidence of needless light, having high visual affinity to a plated member when being arranged in the vicinity of the plated member and suppressing the increase of temperature due to the absorption of solar light, and imaging device for taking an image formed by the optical device and a lens used for the optical device. SOLUTION: A metallic film 15 is formed on an inclined face of a first lens 10 having a convex face formed on one side, the inclined face of the peripheral side which is formed another side and a concave face of a center side. A metallic film 25 is formed on an inclined face of a second lens 20 having the same structure as that of the first lens 1. The metallic film 15 and the metallic film 25 are respectively formed out of an imaging area of an imaging element 51.
