SOLUTION: The internal rocking gearing type planetary gear reduction gear for outputting input power by reducing speed through a rocking external tooth gear 134 comprises an eccentric shaft 130 comprising an eccentric body 132 for rocking the external tooth gear 134; an eccentric shaft gear 128 provided at the eccentric shaft 130; a transmission internal tooth gear 126 with which the eccentric shaft gear 128 is internally meshed; and an input mechanism for transmitting driving force to the transmission internal tooth gear 126.
