PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a minute flow channel substrate board comprising a concave part corresponding to minute flow channel for flowing fluid and a penetrating hole for introducing or discharging fluid, which are molded by one shot molding process, wherein the concave part and the penetrating hole are communicated with each other. SOLUTION: A pin is set forth in order to mold a penetrating hole in a minute flow channel substrate board for manufacturing a minute flow channel structural substance which comprises a minute flow channel substrate board equipped with a minute flow channel for flowing fluid and a penetrating hole, the minute flow channel and the penetrating hole being connected with other, and a die capable of changing positions and number of the pin is used so that the concave part corresponding to the minute flow channel and a penetrating hole at a predetermined positions are molded by one molding process.
