PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sealing apparatus which prevents a resin from adhering to a pressing end face of a plunger and which can be performed a resin sealing with high reliability even when the sealing is performed by using a resin exhibiting strong adhesion such as a green resin. SOLUTION: The resin sealing apparatus for performing the resin sealing by sending the resin to be melted within a pot provided in a resin sealing mold to a cavity under pressure by the plunger mounted in the pot comprises wherein the pressing end face of the plunger 20 is formed in a conical surface 20a with an angle 2°-5.5°of inclination, and preferably the angle of inclination of the conical surface 20a is 3°-5°.
