PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding apparatus capable of selectively heating a thermoplastic resin in the cavity of a rubber-made mold and of simply constituting a filter with a cooling function for improving the heating effect thereof. SOLUTION: The resin molding apparatus 1 includes the rubber-made mold 2, an electromagnetic wave generating means 4 which generates electromagnetic waves having a wave length of 0.78-4μm, and a filter 5. The filter 5 is filled with water 52 for the filter to reduce a permeating amount of electromagnetic waves having a wave length of greater than 2μm in a gap 511 formed between transparent plates 51 made of a transparent material. The electromagnetic wave generating means 4 is so constituted that the thermoplastic resin 3 is heated by irradiating the resin 3 with a permeated electromagnetic wave after permeating the filter 5 through the mold 2 when the thermoplastic resin 3 is filled in the cavity 21.
