PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health tool for leg and foot, pressing the points on a foot sole or side and preventing inside shoes from turning sweaty. SOLUTION: This health tool for leg and foot comprises a sponge- or ball-like elastic material. The elastic material should preferably be in the shape of a sphere, a golf ball, an oval, an hexagonal, square or pentagonal column, or an ascidian or has multifaceted lumps.
