PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene based resin laminated film having a matte feeling and fusion sealing strength and improved in slip properties and antistatic properties. SOLUTION: The polyolefinic resin laminated film is composed of at least three polyolefinic resin layers containing at least a seal layer and a printing layer. The printing layer comprises a resin containing 95 wt.% or above of a propylene based block copolymer (A) while the seal layer is composed of 50-80 mass% of a propylene based random copolymer (B) and 20-50 mass% of a low melting point polyolefinic resin (C). The difference between the mutual coefficient (μs[PP]) of the printing layers and the mutual coefficient (μs[SS]) of the seal layers is below 0.4 and the tensile elastic modulus (YM)[MPa] in the longitudinal direction of the film and film thickness (T)[μm] satisfy the formula (1): YM×T<SP>2</SP>≥38×10<SP>4</SP>.
