PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic image recording paper capable of being easily and beautifully pulled out into such a shape as a heart shape, and to provide a template for cutting off. SOLUTION: The photographic image recording paper is a rectangular photographic image recording paper for recording a photographic image captured by a camera, a digital camera or the like, and the template for cutting off.
