PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle nose pliers which maintains a constantly opened state or a constantly closed state by using a spring function and enables an easy and simple switching to any of the states. SOLUTION: When differentiating the needle nose pliers into the left side and the right side with the axis of the needle nose pliers as a border, the right and left specific parts (3), (4), (5), (6) are jointed with the spring (7), the constantly opened state or the constantly closed state is maintained when it is not used. By exchanging the specific parts (3), (4), (5), (6) for fixing the spring, the initial reverse state when it is not used, that is, when it is in the opened state first, it can be changed to the reverse closed state, and when it is in the closed state first, it can be changed to the reverse opened state.
