PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hard coat film markedly suppressed in curling properties, realizing high pencil hardness and excellent in scratch resistance, the adhesiveness between a hard coat layer and a transparent substrate, damage resistance, and leveling properties. SOLUTION: The hard coat film is obtained by curing an ionizing radiation curable composition which contains a vinyl polymer (A) with a weight average molecular weight of 5,000-100,000 having at least three radical polymerizable double bond, a compound (B) having at least three (meth)acryloyl groups in its molecule, and a photopolymerization initiator (C) being 2-hydroxy-1-[4-ä4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propionyl)-benzyl}-phenyl]-2-methyl-poropan-1-on.
