<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional hot spot service in which Web access and manual input to items by use of a cellular phone poorer in operability than PC are needed with troublesome operations, its use is thus difficult for an unfamiliar person, and an acquired telephone number can be camouflaged. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a hot spot ticket gate device 1 including a means for reading and reporting user specification information from a portable terminal 6 with built-in electronic purse of a user and a payment means for performing payment of a use fee from the electronic purse; an Internet connection device 3 including a radio access point 31 connected to the Internet through an L3 switch device 32 and an Internet connecting router 33; and a user management device 2 which stores the reported user specification information in a user information storage part 23, authenticate a user terminal 7 connected to the access point 31 by the user specification information, instructs the communication address of the terminal and passage permission to a packet filter of the L3 switch device 32, manages the use fee, and responds to the payment means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
