INFORMATION DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the number of pixels which is enough for improving image quality on a large-sized display and displaying characters or figures on a small-sized information display device by integrating thin-film LEDs 12 at high density.

SOLUTION: The thin-film LEDs 12 are formed on a glass plate 11 in matrix where anode wiring 13 is connected with anodes of the thin-film LEDs 12 by thin-film conductive paths and cathode wiring 14 is connected with cathodes of the thin-film LEDs 12 by thin-film conductive paths. An anode drive circuit 24 controls a drive current inputted to the anode wiring 13 and a cathode drive circuit 25 controls a drive current inputted to the cathode wiring 14.
