<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic perfume compound which emphasizes a fresh and natural fruit feeling and can reproduce an aroma giving a rich natural feeling, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: 6,8,10-Undecatrien-3-ol and 6,8,10-undecatrien-4-ol have an aroma with a woody green note and also have a natural, fresh fruit-like aroma.
