FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pathologic anatomy. For production of an anatomic preparation a hollow organ or its fragment is separated from an disemboweled complex of organs, the cavity is washed with running water, dissected, after that its cavity is filled with a universal waterproof glue based on acrylic aqueous dispersion, for example, with glue “Moment montage”, until the external profile of the hollow organ, its texture and degree of filling are similar to the live characteristics. Holes of the hollow body, through which the cavity was filled, are underrun, ligatured with cotton wool and bound, then the hollow organ is left in a sealed container in vapors of a preserving bactericidal substance, for example, 10 % aqueous solution of formalin, until complete fixation.EFFECT: method enables making the anatomic preparation of a hollow organ, which by the external relief and consistency resembles the corresponding hollow organ in life, at increase of service life of the produced anatomic preparation and safer process due to rejection of toxic and inflammable solvents.1 cl, 1 dwg |
