This power conversion device is provided with: an inverter that converts power outputted from a power supply; a first power supply bus bar connected to the inverter and the positive electrode side of the power supply; a second power supply bus bar connected to the inverter and the negative electrode side of the power supply; and a plurality of connection circuits, which are connected between the first power supply bus bar and the second power supply bus bar, and which connect a resistive member and a capacitive member in series.
