PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding core that enables checking of vertical internal stress of a processed base material wound by continuously processing a long base material, even when it is wound in a small size, and an internal stress measurement system.SOLUTION: A winding core 1 is installed in a winding device for winding a long base material.
