Provided are a method for sending a signal, a scheduling method, a user equipment and a network side device, which realize the technical effect of improving the possibility for a user equipment to occupy a shared frequency spectrum channel resource and the scheduling efficiency of the network side device. The method for sending a signal includes: a user equipment receives and detects a signal in a shared frequency spectrum channel, so as to obtain a detection result; according to the detection result, the user equipment determines a first transmission power that can be sent when the user equipment sends the signal in the shared frequency spectrum channel; the user equipment reports the first transmission power to the network side device; the user equipment receives scheduling indication information which is sent by the network side device and generated by the network side device according to the first transmission power; and the user equipment sends the signal in the shared frequency spectrum channel according to the scheduling indication information. |
