PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the outflow of vaporized fuel into the atmosphere even during replacing a filter element.SOLUTION: A cylindrical air cleaner 10 which is provided in an intake passage of an internal combustion engine includes a housing 12 provided with an introduction port 32 for introducing air from the atmosphere side and an exhaust port 42 for exhausting the air to the engine side. The air cleaner 10 further includes a cylindrical filter element 50 stored inside a case 20 constituting the housing 12 for filtering foreign matters contained in the air introduced through the introduction port 32 of a cap 30, and a cylindrical adsorption member 60 provided on the inner periphery of the filter element 50 for adsorbing vaporized fuel flowing thereinto through an exhaust pipe 40. The adsorption member 60 is fixed to the housing 12, while the filter element 50 is provided removably from the housing 12. |
