PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of suppressing stains in a cooking chamber.SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a cooking chamber 26 including an opening 26e at a front face of a body; an upper heater 27a arranged in an upper part in the cooking chamber; a lower heater 27b arranged in a lower part; a door 32 closing the opening; a wave plate 40b arranged between the upper heater 27a and lower heater 27b and placing a cooking object thereon; a flat plate 40a used in oven cooking; and a holding member 33 capable of holding the plate. The wave plate 40b and flat plate 40a have different depths from an upper face flange 41e to a placement face placing the cooking object thereon from each other. The holding member 33 holds the upper face flange 41e of the wave plate 40b and flat plate 40a. The upper face flange 41e of the flat plate 40a or wave plate 40b held by the holding member 33 is located at a height near an upper face 26a of the cooking chamber 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
