PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film having a surface high in damage resistance and further reduced in the release of moisture, and also, satisfactorily in adhesion in the case the surface is provided with a function layer, and to provide an organic electronic device in which an organic electronic element is hard to be deteriorated, and particularly, an organic electroluminescent device.SOLUTION: There is provided a gas barrier film comprising a film base material and an inorganic layer, in which at least either surface has a protective layer, the inorganic layer and the protective layer are mutually directly contacted, the moisture content of the protective layer being below 1.0%, the protective layer being a layer obtained by curing a composition including a polyfunctional polymerizable compound having a partial structure represented by formula I and three or more functional groups. There is also provided an organic electronic device such as an organic electroluminescent device using the gas barrier film; and also provided is a substrate for an organic electroluminescent device.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
