PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin skin material capable of forming a molding which suppresses deformation due to heating and drying in production of a synthetic resin skin material, enables preheating molding performed by bonding to a molding in a mold, and is excellent in appearance and a simple method for producing the same; and a molding having good appearance and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a synthetic resin skin material which has an adhesive layer, a base material layer containing a colorant and a synthetic resin, and a skin layer that contains at least one resin selected from an acrylic resin and a fluororesin and has irregularities formed on a surface on the side which does not contact with the base material layer on an adhesive layer protective sheet having a synthetic resin base material in this order, where the synthetic resin base material of the adhesive layer protective sheet has a softening point of 80°C or higher and 150°C or lower, and stretchability measured according to JIS K6734 using a tension/compression tester on conditions of a temperature of 150°C and a tensile speed of 500 mm/min is 150% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
