PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home garbage disposer which can efficiently agitate contents in a treating tank and can easily keep in good condition, and which is simple in structure, small in size and low in cost. SOLUTION: In this home garbage disposer 1 decomposing garbage with a decomposition promotor, a roughly cylindrical treating tank 13 with an open top is inserted into an outer tank 4 with an open top integrally rotatably in relation to the outer tank 4. The treating tank 13 is composed to be attachably and detachably to/from the the outer tank 4, and a rotary shaft of the outer tank 4 is tilted. Agitator blades are attached to the inner periphery of the treating tank 13 integrally rotatably in relation to the tank 13.
