PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently eliminate a foreign matter adhering to a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: A foreign matter eliminating tool of a printed wiring board is provided with an opening for introducing a gas and an opening for connecting a suction device. The tool is also provided with a spacer for forming a gas passage to a circuit board of the printed wiring board, so as to interlock with the opening for introducing a gas and the opening for connecting a suction device.
