<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector having superior resolution characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation detector comprises a substrate 10; a plurality of pixel electrodes 19 provided on the substrate at an interval mutually; a photoconductive layer 20 provided on the substrate while being in contact with the pixel electrodes; and a bias electrode layer 23 capable of applying a prescribed bias voltage to the photoconductive layer. The photoconductive layer 20 has a plurality of division sections 21 that are overlapped to the pixel electrodes 19 each and are converted to charge corresponding to the intensity of incident radiations; and other insulating division sections 22 provided between the division sections. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
