PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrinkle-removing, deodorizing agent composition which can reduce composite odors originated from sweat odor, aldehyde odors and the like, and can further remove the wrinkles of a fiber product without deteriorating the texture of the fiber product, even when a thermal treatment such as ironing or steam pressing is not performed. SOLUTION: This wrinkle-removing, deodorizing agent composition comprises (a) a specific polyhydroxyamine compound represented by the general formula (a1) and/or its salt, (b) an oil which has a solubility of≤1 mass% in water (20°C), a steam pressure of≥100 mmHg at 20°C, and a melting point of≤50°C, and (c) a surfactant.
