A system and a method for providing a customized menu are provided easily to offer the customized menu for disease resistance or health enhancement of a user through the network, and maximize a health enhancement or disease resistance by continuously providing menu information based on the customized menu reflecting a medical history or living habit of the user. A menu providing server(10) includes a database(20) storing nutrition/calorie information of each classified food material, and a web server function comprising a communicator, a controller, and an I/O(Input/Output) controller. A user terminal(40) is connected to the menu providing server through the network, receives user information, and outputs a result received from the menu providing server. The menu providing server determines daily intake glucose, nutrition, and calories suitable for the user according to the purpose and the user information received from the user terminal, and provides the customized menu suitable for the user. The database stores user information and customized menu information of each user. |
