PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element and a line filter wherein the size of the line filter is reduced while securing its insulating distance between its windings and its insulating distance between its core and its winding (its space distance and its creeping distance). SOLUTION: The line filter has two bobbins 21A, 21B, windings 30A, 30B wound around the bobbins 21A, 21B, respectively, an insulating spacer cover 40 interposed between the two bobbins 21A, 21B, and a core structure to which the two bobbins 21A, 21B are mounted in parallel with each other. The insulating spacer cover 40 has a plate-form portion positioned between the two bobbins 21A, 21B, and a cover 42 so formed on both sides of the plate-form portion as to surround sides of the two bobbins 21A, 21B which are opposed to each other.
