PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional color ball, which hardly breaks if it collides against a soft substance, does not promise an effect of directly preventing action of a criminal because its content is only a special paint, and needs use of more easily biodegradable material for the environment sake because it has a structure formed of naturally non-degradable plastics, and a user's safety problem of a self-defense lacrimator spray and the like usually structured to bring a jetting part close to a target for jetting. SOLUTION: The throwing material for preventing a crime and controlling injurious animal/bird has a structure formed by arranging a through hole of an about 10 mm size in an air cell part of a hen egg and the like from the outside, removing contents such as yolk and albumen from the inside of an egg shell body, filling the inside of the egg shell with a liquefied lacrimator or an injurious animal/bird repellant optionally, and sealing an injection hole with a denatured silicone and the like.
