PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a file potentially containing personal information and a file determined to contain personal information to be changed in state to be less likely to be leaked according to an access situation thereto. SOLUTION: A server monitors an access situation at a client with respect to a client owned file potentially containing personal information and a client owned file determined to contain personal information, and performs management of the client owned file potentially containing personal information and the client owned file determined to contain personal information.
