FLEXIBLE FILM

A flexible film is provided. The flexible film includes a polyimide film with an imide ring opened; a first metal film disposed on the polyimide film; and a second metal film disposed on the first metal film. A thickness of the polyimide film is about 10 µm to 40µm, and a total thickness of the first metal film and the second metal film is about 0.5 µm to 35 µm. The flexible film includes no adhesive layer and can thus provide excellent physical properties such as excellent plating properties, high adhesive strength, high heat resistance, high drug resistance, excellent migration properties and high folding endurance.
