PURPOSE: A real-time switching method of a real-time power flow based automatic switching device is provided to control a load by supplying the reserve power in an outage of a power supply device. CONSTITUTION: A real-time use power of an overall load is summed(S10). The sum of the real-time use power of the overall load is compared with the reserve power contract capacity(S14). If the sum of the real-time use power of the overall load is larger than the reserve power contract capacity, the reserve power contract capacity is compared with the valve obtained by subtracting the real-time use power of the load with the lowest priority from the sum of the real-time use power of the overall load(S16). If the valve obtained by subtracting the real-time use power of the load with the lowest priority from the sum of the real-time use power of the overall load is larger than the reserve power contract capacity, a first trip command is provided to the circuit breaker of the load(S20).
