PURPOSE: A water intake unit for a gas mask is provided, which is installed to the bottom of the gas mask in the horizontal state and can be separated from the gas mask according to need. CONSTITUTION: A water intake unit for a gas mask comprises a soft intake pipe(50) which is connected to the inside of the gas mask; an intake valve(60) one end of the intake pipe is combined with one end and the other end is combined with a connection pipe connected to the water bottle, a check valve is prepared, and supplies water to the intake pipe while preventing backward flow of water of the water bottle; and a valve holder which detachably fixes the intake valve on the gas mask. The valve holder includes a valve pocket and a separation prevention member.
