PURPOSE: A pattern forming method on a synthetic resin film and a manufacturing method for a synthetic resin product using the same are provided to precisely form a desired pattern by using a master pattern which forms a base pattern. CONSTITUTION: A pattern forming method is as follows. A pattern, made of a sensitizer, is formed in a metal master pattern(10), and a base pattern(11), made of a metal material, is formed in the master pattern by an electroforming process. A synthetic resin film(20) is molded according to the shape of a curved part of the master pattern. Ultraviolet-curable liquid resin(30) is spread on the surface of the master pattern or the synthetic resin film. The master pattern is adhered to the synthetic resin film so that the ultraviolet-curable liquid resin is compressed between the surface of the master that the base pattern is formed and the synthetic resin film. The ultraviolet-curable liquid resin is hardened by using radiating ultraviolet rays.
