PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor member of high humidity resistance, a solid electrolytic capacitor, and a lead frame capable of achieving a solid electrolytic capacitor element of high humidity resistance.SOLUTION: The articles for a solid electrolytic capacitor includes: at least a lead frame having a pair of positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal; a capacitor element connected to the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal; and a silicone resin layer for coating an outer surface of the positive electrode terminal, the negative electrode terminal, and the capacitor element connected to these.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
