PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform control over principal process parameters which is high in reliability and easy.SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus 1 which manufactures liquid and semi-liquid products, the apparatus comprising a motor unit 5 which drives a mixer to rotate in a container 2; an inverter 6 which controls an operation; a control operation unit 7 which sends a command signal S1 and receives a control signal S2; and a communication feedback bus 8 which is inserted between the inverter and control operation unit and enables transmission of the command signal and control signals S1, S2. The control operation device is programmed to execute a state machine type first algorithm configured to control the inverter, and has a state in which a command is sent to the inverter, a state in which a wait is made so as to confirm that the inverter receives the command, a state in which a read request associated with an operation parameter of the inverter is transmitted, and a state in which a wait is made so as to receive the parameter of the inverter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
