PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight interior component for a vehicle, having high rigidity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the interior component.SOLUTION: A deck board 7 has a hollow laminate plate 13. The hollow laminate plate 13 is composed of a front side resin sheet 31 and a rear side resin sheet 33. Tips of front side protrusions 35 protruding from the front side resin sheet 31 toward the rear side resin sheet 33 are connected to tips of rear side protrusions 37 protruding from the rear side resin sheet 33 toward the front side resin sheet 31, thereby multiple hollow parts 41 are formed. The front side protrusions 35 and the rear side protrusions 37 are connected at a center part in a thickness direction of the hollow laminate plate 13. The deck board 7 also comprises: a metal front side reinforcement sheet 17 joined to a front side of the hollow laminate plate 13; and a metal rear side reinforcement sheet 21 joined to a rear side of the hollow laminate plate. |
