PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a variation in the crossing direction C of a thickness of a partition wall between liquid chambers.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge head comprises a plurality of discharge ports for discharging liquid and a casing having a pair of liquid chambers for respectively supplying the liquid to the corresponding discharge ports. A manufacturing method of the liquid discharge head has the facts of mutually adjacently arranging a pair of pieces (142a, 142c, 142e and 142b, 142d, 142f) of a shape of gradually reducing a width in the width direction of the pieces in the direction for reducing the width in the mutually opposite direction and of forming the pair of liquid chambers by extracting the pair of pieces in the directions F and G for increasing the width from the molded casing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
