PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: when data is dispersed and arranged, performance to rearrange data is deteriorated.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an information processing apparatus 100 that stores data in a storage area formed of a plurality of storage devices, and comprises: partition number calculation means 101 that, when the number of the storage devices changes, calculates the number of partitions obtained by dividing the storage area; and partition allocation means 102 that divides the storage area into the calculated number of partitions and allocates the partitions obtained through the division to the plurality of storage devices after the change in the number. The partition number calculation means 101 calculates the common multiple of the number of partitions before the change in the number of storage devices and the number of storage devices after the change in the number as the new number of partitions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
