The device has housing (1), which is fastened inside of a flow channel in a fixed manner, where the housing is rotatable around a horizontal axis. A sealing body (3) is supported outwards in a sealable manner, where a measuring probe (5) is held in a radially adjustable manner in the sealing body. An opening (10) is formed in the housing and covers a slot in the flow channel in a statistically sealable manner. The sealing body is a ball, which is held in sealing body housing at the horizontal axis.
