PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle pipe for acupuncture and moxibustion, which is equipped with a convenient protection film and an acupuncture and moxibustion needle unit. SOLUTION: The soft protection film 122 is provided by being attached to the outer surface of a main body 121 of the needle pipe for helping the skin to be cut. The protection film 122 is held naturally on the outer surface in a no-loaded condition. The protection film 122 is moved in an axial direction against the main body 121 of the needle pipe by applying the prescribed external force and can be taken out from the main body 121 of the needle pipe.
