PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the failure of the signal line of a game machine in an early stage even when it is generated. SOLUTION: A transmission inspection data acquisition means 170 acquires transmission inspection data which are inspection data before transmission for the inspection data to be transmitted from a main board to a sub board. In the meantime, a reception inspection data acquisition means 172 acquires reception inspection data which are the inspection data after reception from the sub board. The inspection data are the data transmitted so as to inspect the transmission state of a plurality of data signal lines connecting the main board with the sub board. A cross candidate information holding means 176 compares the transmission inspection data with the reception inspection data, and when there is the possibility that data transmitted to a certain data signal line are mixed in another data signal line, the combination of the signal lines is defined as a cross candidate and held as cross candidate information. A cross judgement means 182 judges whether or not a cross state is generated between the data signal lines on the basis of the cross candidate information for the inspection data transmitted for a prescribed number of times.
