PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium storage device which enables a player to recognize the number of stored game media and use it as a guide for ending a game. SOLUTION: The game medium storage device 25 for storing tokens includes: a storage box 26 for storing the tokens; a weight meter for measuring the weight of the medals stored in the storage box 26; a weight/number converter for converting the weight of the tokens to the number thereof on the basis of the weight of the tokens measured by the weight meter; and a liquid crystal display panel 33 provided on the outer peripheral part of a mounting member 27 and for displaying the number of the tokens converted by the weight/number converter.
